My style is a little different to that of many wedding photographers in that it has a more 'documentary' feel.
I like to record the fun and enjoyment of your wedding rather than directing it, capturing the candid and natural moments which will be the pictures that truly sum up your day.
Nowadays many more couples are finding the traditional formal and family group shots a little time consuming and stressful to organise.
After the ceremony I prefer for you to relax and mingle with your guests and I will be on the lookout for photo opportunities when and where they arise. (Although I'll most likely sneak in a few 'staged' shots too...)
I have found this approach to be a more enjoyable experience for everyone and produces much more natural and fun pictures which you will love to look back on.

In a similar way, I keep my pricing and booking options very straightforward. I don't work to a set timescale - I'll take as much time as is needed to make sure I have plenty of images you'll love.
I'll be there to record the first guests’ arrival at the venue right through to the first dance.
And if the bride is staying onsite or close by, I might be able to capture all the bridal preparations too*. (Great for 'behind the scenes' shots of the dress and make up application and often a tearful Mum...or Dad!)

You'll receive a minimum of xxx fully edited images on a USB stick in a presentation box and also have access to an password protected online gallery where you and you friends and family can download the images or order prints directly.

Prices start from £***. (Although this will often be the actual price, I just leave a 'start from' option in case you need something a bit above and beyond.) Your final quote will be fully inclusive.

I ask only for payment for my time and photography and leave the wedding albums, framed prints and the like to you.
There are so many options now, everything from beautiful leather bound, gold leaf edged albums to stunning photo books you can design yourself online.
I'm not about upselling albums or canvas prints to you and honestly, it's less complicated for you to choose your own form of presentation at a later date and without any pressure.

*I absolutely love to shoot the bridal preparations but it's not always logistically possible. I don't use a second photographer and it may not be feasible for me to travel between the venues in good time.
